3. Before you write in
Some questions already have answers, and you will get them faster by reading than by waiting for a reply:

4. Making support faster
If something is not working, the following turns a three-message exchange into one:
- Your WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions.
- Your VitePOS version, if the problem is at the register, and whether it is Pro or Lite.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if there is anything on screen worth seeing.
Never send us card numbers, PINs or customer records. We do not need them, and we do not want them on our systems. A masked card number, the kind Giftaro writes into your order notes, is always enough for us to trace a transaction.
